Friday 3-4.30 for ages 14 - 16

Looking after our mental health and emotional wellbeing is important for all of us. Space 2BU is a place where you can take some time out for yourself, learn a new skill, connect with others, share your talents, and notice some of the awesome things in the world around us.

 

At Space 2BU you get to choose how you spend your time. Crafts, activities, pool table and board games are on offer, as well as drinks and snacks - you can bring your own quiet activity or just hang out with friends. There's a quiet space for prayer and meditation for anyone who wants it.

Space 2BU is run by Christians in North Cambridge who care about young people's mental health. Some of us have struggled with mental health ourselves, and have found that being part of a supportive community can help us stay well.

 

All our volunteers have DBS checks and experience working with children and young people. We operate in accordance with the safeguarding policy of Arbury Road Baptist Church.
